2. What is the lead time?
Depending on quantity and item type, normally it just takes 1 to 3 days to finish an order. For Silkscreen printing - one to 2 weeks lead time. For rush jobs, there will be a rush job fee if we can still accommodate the request.

3. Can I request for a sample before full production?
A Sample Print is treated as another order of different from the actual order. We will charge 500 pesos per color plus the printing cost. If 50% d/p for the actual order is given, then we can make the sample print without any added charges.

3. File sending
You may send your logos, images either in the following file formats:
.jpg / .png / .psd / .tiff / .cdr / .ai / .eps / .pdf
Pls. note that .jpg files best in 300 dpi resolution. Facebook automatically resizes images thus best to send high resolution images via email. Send to sales@personalizeithub.com
4. Can I get a discount?
Price break or reduction in price will automatically apply for orders 100 pcs. and up.

5. How do I pay?
For online orders, send us a message with your order details. Once final, we will send you an invoice for your order w/c is subject for your approval. Once final, you may pay through BPI, Palawan Express, ML Lhuillier Kwarta Padala, LBC, Cebuana Lhuillier, Paypal or other similar money transfer services. Once done, take a photo of the receipt, then send us a copy via FB Messenger or email it to sales@personalizeithub.com . For orders done through actual store visit, 50% d/p upon placement of order. Full balance payment upon order pick-up or order delivery.

6. How much is the shipping cost?
You will be notified of the shipping cost in upon placement of order. For Cebu City based clients, order can be picked up at our shop - 057-A Sun Valley Drive V. Rama St., Cebu City. We can offer free delivery if location is just within Cebu City. A meet-up in Ayala or SM Cebu can also be arranged. For local or out of town orders, we will send the package via LBC. For international orders, we will ship out via Fedex or TNT Express. Tracking number will be provided.
